Dear Parents,
We have been trying to work out why some of our emails haven’t been going out to parents. This afternoon we worked out the problem and have removed the blockage on some of the emails that were meant to have gone out. Unfortunately, in fixing the issue we have released all the blocked emails from their confinement and they have gone out to staff and parents alike.
Please accept our apologies. If you receive emails dated 2019 (or potentially earlier!) today, rest assured we are aware of the year, month and day! These emails looked like they are nearly clear of our server, so it should be a one off problem.
