In Aquinas Learning Centre, our students reach the fulfilment of their Secondary Schooling. They encounter purposefully designed learning experiences that are delivered through the lens of our traditional Catholic faith.
In order to broaden their VCE program and subsequent career and tertiary course options, our students usually elect to do more than the minimum requirements. We encourage students to select a full VCE program so that they can achieve their full potential.
Students with an industry-specific interest are encouraged to study a pathway that combines VCE with a Vocational Education and Training course by undertaking a combination of VCE subjects and a VCE VET pathway.
We surround our senior students with a supportive team of enthusiastic teachers who are there to listen, advise and inspire, while also encouraging them to take responsibility for their learning. Throughout these two important, challenging and memorable years, our students receive extensive career counselling and wellbeing support, ensuring they feel confident in their abilities, their decisions, and in the opportunities that lie ahead.
During these final years of schooling, we seek to instil a deep understanding of the Cardinal and Theological Virtues. Our aim is that students will graduate as lighthouses of our faith, who also understand their intrinsic value as they proclaim the Kingdom of God.
As an independent school, we are proud to have created a learning environment that is true to our traditional Catholic faith and vision of the College.
