Communication

During first and third terms parent/teacher interviews will be arranged to discuss student(s)' performances and difficulties. Should a parent require an interview with the teacher at any other time, arrangements would need to be made through the College office.

Parents wishing to speak to the Principal must make an appointment through the College office.

Each student will be required to have a College Diary to record any set homework, assignments, or notes from the teacher to the parents. Parents should view this diary at the end of each day and sign it at the completion of the week. Notes from parents to the home-room teacher should be written in the diary.

The College will issue a regular newsletter to keep parents informed of activities and forthcoming events.

Reports will be mailed to parents at the conclusion of each term.
